William Cabrera is half Cuban half Colombian,
born in Medellin, Colombia towards the end of 1982 and was raised in Miami since the age of four.

He achieved a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
and became the first in his family to also graduate from a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.

He’s been involved with Real Estate Investments since he was 20 years old
and has Brokered numerous multi-million-dollar apartment buildings.
He’s also had the opportunity to own and manage a few of his personal apartment buildings.

The greatest legacy he is currently working on is based around his son, Lincoln.
He’s currently five years old and holds a gargantuan portion of William’s heart.

William has a true passion for mentoring and coaching others.
He is on a personal life mission to help as many people as possible, especially single dads,
by guiding them around the intricacies of multi-tenant income-producing commercial real estate.
